JT sprockets are made from premium materials. Our lightweight competition sprockets are produced using aviation-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, while the front sprockets are crafted from SCM420 chromoly steel alloy. Notably, we are the only manufacturer that employs the exceptionally tough high carbon C49 steel for our rear sprockets.

The JT Sprockets manufacturing plant is the largest and most advanced in the world, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including cutting-edge CNC design technology and precision metal cutting tools. JT Sprockets are produced using hobbing, machining, and drilling methods, known for achieving excellent tolerances and accurate tooth profiles.

Each sprocket goes through up to 25 production phases and 10 quality assessments before being approved for dispatch from a factory that meets Europe's highest quality standards. All JT sprockets are heat-treated and carefully finished by hand to meet or exceed the strict quality requirements of the motorcycle industry, ensuring not only reliability but also performance that riders can trust on every journey.
